    I love Joyce’s expression in the last frame, and how it’s totally at odds with her dialogue. Her words are a fairly smooth deflection, but her tiny eyes and rigid mouth show us how hard she has to work not to say what the real “catch” is.

    Despite being in the background of several comics, this is the first time Mike’s said anything on camera. I like the idea that he hangs around all these people just waiting for the perfect time to be a complete dick.

    Something that interests me though, Mike just be a dick in DoA. That’s all we see him doing, but he, Ethan and Amber were friends in high school. I can’t imagine anyone being friends with Mike based solely on his on-camera behavior. In the beginning, Ethan and Mike hung out together a few times. I assume they still do. But there’s no indication of what they talk about.
