He simply changed up his “Exercise” routine, now it involves a lot of Lifting, Pushing, and Pressing of a Human Sized weight for hours at a time. Lots of Endurance training.
So far, there has been relatively little drama over the Walky and Lucy deal at this party.
There is very little reason for that to change.
I hope Booster does not take this particular chance to say “I told you so” and becomes that reason.

Are they Beast Wars factions? I never saw that show and so I am also somewhat confused by what I know of the premise. I thought that the whole point of Transformer’s alt-modes was that they were “robots in disguise”, but a twenty-foot robotic animal seems inconspicuous and likely just worse in combat than a regular fighter jet. I mean its Transformers so the rule of cool dominates, but I just want to know if the show proposes some form of logic to cover why the Cybertronians of the future decided that ability to turn into giant robotic trout was the technological advantage that was finally going end their multi-million year space war.
Yep, it’s the Beast Wars factions! The green one is the Maximal icon, the other one is the Predacons. AKA, in order, the Autobot and Decepticons. The show was a lot of fun, BUT some of the particulars with the plot are kinda… hard to describe. The Maximals/Preds are meant to be like, descendants of the Autobots and Maximals, but they get flung into a planet way in the past (so you’ve got timey wimey wiggly wobbly ‘they’re from the future but they’re in the past’ shit going on) that’s only populated by animals and lesser evolved humanoids, so the turning into animals bit is less about a disguise (other than sometimes blending in with the animals) and more about providing some protection from the planet’s surface because there was something in it damaging to their robot modes. I forget what exactly it was, lol.
It was definitely a show first thought up just to create toys, but one of the reasons I for one really enjoyed Beast Wars is because despite those origins, the writers really put their entire being into the writing. They did their best to use the restrictions they were given to concoct a story that, if nothing else, can be entertaining. There’s some interesting twists thrown in and, since one of the restrictions is that they could only have a set amount of characters (gotta sell those action figures!!!), they gave each one fun and engaging personalities.

There’s also a sequel series called Beast Machines but that one, people tend to hate. I’ve never seen it myself so I can’t judge.

Like Sal, I was also a person who just found himself attending many, many parties. And like Sal, I’m not really that into parties, so I’d just find a place to chill with my beer and maybe talk to one or two people at a time before eventually just vanishing altogether. This only added to my mystique and got me brought to more parties.
Honestly, Ethan hanging out with his dirtbag boyfriend(?) feels like something good. Yes, they’re both heading towards disaster, but it’s genuinely nice at the moment.
