Someone being genuine is being honest and meaning what they say and not disguising their feelings – someone ungenuine therefore has to in some way not be being so. It is also a far more polite way to refer to it than calling someone a damn liar, fakey or other such words that have an aggressively negative tone to them and stronger negative connotations.

Billie, you suck at ungenuinousness. You are a raging bad liar in both walkyverse and dumbingverse, you actually care for others but try to hide it with alchohol and violence threats, and no lie you have told has benefited you. You are no different than Walky and Joyce.
In-universe, I’m not sure that’s the case. Walky has been compared to a carmel lollipop. She’s a different type of hot, yes, but Walky’s technically outperformed her in terms of getting significant others, too. (2:1, which doesn’t seem like a lot, except of course for the fact that we’re just a couple months into freshman year.)
Har, har. My point (such as it is) is that Willis has depicted her as naïve, socially awkward, and a bit needy, but also intelligent. This probably has no great significance – I can easily imagine Willis likes writing such characters – but it is possible that it will be relevant to some future plot point (Chekhov’s IQ).

She was sitting in the chair facing them. It’s really hard to read that as anything other than sitting there watching them sleep.
What IS possible is that she was in the room (maybe standing), and then when they started moving/talking, she saw an opportunity to engage in some light trolling of her roommate. This would explain why she sat down the way she did–it was a deliberate attempt to appear like she’d been watching them cuddle. That fits better with this strip’s dialogue, I think.
I think that’s kind of unfair, I think she’s just got an awkward sense of humor, combined with Billie being obtuse as fuck sometimes.
That, and like how Joyce once thought Lucy was mocking her, she’s just kind of like a tamer version of early Joyce. Very earnest and bubbly, bit naive. Though, not literally pairing people she knows off like Joyce did way back when, like Joyce shipping Walky and Billie initially.

(Though I hope to at least see a background cameo of him dressed like a ninja on Halloween.) Then there was Ronnie who… I think is now a poster on Mary’s wall, and isn’t featured more thoroughly for obvious reasons. Jake Manley hasn’t been shown to us yet but is in the story. Other than that, I don’t know who….

Also, for the most part, Lucy is well adjusted and decidedly not creepy. Billie is wrapped up in her high school insecurities, and Malaya is mostly misanthropic. Lucy’s just had a bad run of roommates.
You should explain that Ungenuinemons are the anti-particles of the virtual carriers of the Genuinemon Quantum Field, which completes the Unified Substandard Model of physics.
