          I’m not really sure when Move-in Day starts though, but I’d guess it’s near the end of august.

          My candidate for that title is Grrl Power, which, after five years, has finally gotten to the second day of a flashback to several months before the first few pages, thus having made negative progress.

          Between Failures would also be a candidate, taking over 300 pages to cover one day. However it updates daily, so depends how you measure it, pages or chronological time.

          I think it’s picked up speed since then, though. Though I have to admit being not entirely clear on how much time has passed since that first day.

          Freefall is also legendarily slow. Both Between Failures and Freefall have been making steady, if slow, forward progress, though. At its current rate, it’s going to be many years before Grrl Power catches back up to where it started.

So I tried it. HE DOES NOT LET GO! THERE IS NO ESCAPE!! NOT UNTIL HE WAKEs UP!! And then he has solid things near his bed which hurt…

        His Mother on the other hand flails around when woken. That hurts too…

      This is probably just meant to be a running joke but I can’t help but wonder exactly what happened to Sal that her first instinct, upon waking and finding someone leaning over her, is to attack them.

      Oh, wait! I forgot! She went to an all-girls boarding school! Yeah, she probably learnt the hard way that no-one should be allowed near your sleeping area lest you be pranked half-way to death!

Also, the next storyline title (starting late November) seems to be a reference to “Let it Go.” I’ve been listening to “Defying Gravity” a bunch in the days since I made the connection. I had mentioned in the comment section of a previous comic that it probably doesn’t bode well that the title of this storyline comes from a song that ends in a witch-hunt. There’s that, and the fact that this storyline starts with strangling.

She asks for little in life and it’s only fair that you try to meet her half-way! 😉 What I want to know is why Becky and Joyce are waking her up; I’m assuming maybe that she’s overslept and in danger of being late for class or something.

    So…! Looks like this will be a Sal-focus chapter, which could be interesting. Sal was one of the leading characters in It’s Walky but has had a bit more nuance in this strip.
