      While the drink in her hand is probably alcoholic, I doubt her tolerance is low enough for her to be drunk that quickly. Also, I think she’s perfectly capable of acting that way when sober. She’ll probably be drunk before long though.

    I dunno why, but my immediate first thought when I looked at this was that it’s rather out-of-character for Archie to be at a party like this.

    My second was that this is the most well-lit frat party I’ve ever seen.

    My third is that Billie’s drunk face is goofy as all hell. I am trying to make that face now. It makes my cheek hurt and my lips aren’t feeling to good either.

    My fourth was “Oh hey! Boobs!”

    I had been thinking yesterday that Billie’s top looked surprisingly conservative – moreso than Dorothy’s, even! But now I see that it wasn’t a top for the party, it was just for getting her there without being arrested for indecent exposure. (Also she developed the visible bra straps under it in the meanwhile; those would have made a difference too.)
