Plus her having a possibly more stable upbringing means that she’s not going anywhere… so if Billie does try to get together with Danny then she’s going to have some extremely stiff competition. Jason will as well since now she’ll be around Danny & won’t have to keep running away from him.
except that in DoAverse, Danny’s never been with Sal in the first place. His highschool girlfriend here is Dorothy, who seems to be actively trying to get rid of him. For there to be an issue with Sal and Billie, Sal will have to come in and hook up with Danny before Billie can.
If either. Not every universe in the multiverse has to hinge on whether Danny ends up with Billie or Sal. Heck, we might end up with totally original pairings that were never possible in the It’s Walky, Roomies, and Shortpacked.

It should be remembered that people tend to get sent away for good reasons. Especially when their twin isn’t.
She might very well be a spiteful person in this continuity who was a trouble maker and was sent away to learn discipline. Instead she found religion.
Not meant as a jab at any religion, just those people who fall into the extremes.
She could also be a lot closer to her personality before joining SEMME. Sort of mellow, prone to running away.
