          I can see Rick being the crazy custodian now, he could eb the professor of Asian history or maybe he’s now a pirate lover and teaches naval history because that would be even more awsome… but unlikely.

          Oh wait, that pirate guy from McAwsome’s will be the professor of naval history and he and Rick will have a running gag of fighting over which is best.

          What makes it even funnier, the story itself has nothing to do about sex at all. It’s actually about maturing from adolescence. That just happens to be what’s on the mind of a thirteen year old japanese boy most of the time, it’s also why the innuendo lessens towards the end as Naota grows into a more mature kid.

      I’d point out that Walky claimed that Mike was his roommate, but it’s entirely possible that Mike just moved into a random dorm room to mess with the occupants and got Walky.

        Plus its really hard to be a sarcastic asshole if no ones there to hear/see you be a sarcastic asshole. True asshatery does require an audience, and using Walky et al. as that audience means he doesn’t have to go meet other people.

    While I realize it’s probably just the comic not showing each character sitting down, when I first read this I had a vision of Joyce, Walky, and Mike teleporting into their current seats all at once. Not sure why. Poor Sal.

    I was kind of hoping Jason was the FBI/Secret Service/Postal Inspectors/local law enforcement suspect document examiner who teaches the paleography and typography classes on the side. As for why Mike is sticking close to Walky, I figure he’s already established Walky’s level of insult, and/or he’s actually scared of Billie’s negativity. Right, someone so censorious and negative they scare Mike.
