    I’m pretty sure, not certain if it has been said or not, but Raidah and the others got pissed that Dana was taken from school by her father…. because Dana was the supply.

    That being said, Sarah DOES need to be the bigger person and just drop the past and ignore Raidah, letting the girl constantly push her buttons… that does NOT help anything and really? It keeps her connected to her brother. I wouldn’t be surprised if deep down, Sarah fears that she is exactly like him and living a lie of normalcy.

      Yea, unless something else happened between Dana’s dad taking her back home and the punch (beyond the verbal needling) Sarah was in the wrong for the punch. I think she handled Dana and her situation as best as it could have been handled but the punching was probably out of line.

      And she failed to yell “FALCON PUNCH!” when punching which is just another level of fail.

Willis has mentioned not using Malaya in Dumbing because he’s still finding his footing with her and making the parallel universe version of her at this point would throw him off, but hell, half the female cast of Dumbing are already bitter and hostile to everything for no apparent reason, what the hell do we need Malaya for?

      Of the major characters I can think of?

      Raidah, to the best of my knowledge, is new or was a very minor character in the Walkyverse. Dana was a background one as well.
      Billie was ill-adjusted from the start, but I’m pretty sure she only really became a major character after Ruth died. She was a heavy drinker before, though.
      Ruth was always messed up, but I think she was more bitter and depressed, as opposed to here where she’s kind of evil.
      Joyce had issues, but was WAY better with people from It’s Walky! on. Before, though? CRAZY STALKER. Near-yandere levels. This is actually BETTER than she was in Roomies, because she doesn’t cling onto the first one she meets and never let go.
      Sarah? To the best of our knowledge, she was pretty much always a business-first lawyer type, but without the backstory.
      Sal is less angsty and more “does not like people” here than in Walky.
      I don’t subscribe to J&W, so I can’t say much about Dorothy, especially since it’s unfinished.
      Amazi-Girl is always fabulous.
      Dina… may have been slightly better-socialized in Walky, but was also REALLY bad with relationships. She was the one who dated Mike by keeping him continually drunk, if you read back to the start of the dating story.
      Robin’s probably been one of the biggest changes, since she’s now actually kind of serious and uptight.
      Roz seems a bit less obnoxious here, probably because we haven’t heard her opinions on sex addiction’s existence.

    Joyce is quickly becoming the most interesting character in this comic. In some ways she’s even more sheltered than the original Joyce, but in other ways she seems a lot less naive.

      Second- she was appalled by the idea of premarital relations in her women’s studies course- so why is she suggesting it as an alternative for her friend now?

        This is actually pretty common among home schooled people. The only thing is that they are normally more self-conscious and it takes a long time for them to come out of there shells. However once their comfortable they can throw banter like this back and forth with the best of them, sometimes better.
