    But…..the *first* alien that shows up, and I’m gone. I’ve never quite forgiven you for Roomies, so don’t mess this up, okay? *grin*

      I liked the transition into It’s Walky, but I agree that he shouldn’t pull the same thing twice. And in fact he’s specifically trying to avoid that here.

      I’m in full agreement. I loved Roomies! but wasn’t able to finish the Walky saga; rejoined with Willis with Shortpacked. I’m looking forward to an alien-free college comic.

    I don’t think I’ll ever understand what (if any) appeal Billie ever had in Roomies, and so far I’m not optimistic about her in DoA, either.

    And the glasses do nothing. NOTHING.

      She’s not really meant to have appeal, she’s a jerkass. She is kind of a woobie in a way I guess, due to her inability to adapt. But mainly she’s a jerk.

      well she kind of redeemed herself with the whole thing with danny- so she was kind of a sympathetic character. she was trying to get out of her jerkass ways

      I dunno… despite her being a b**** in this so far, I still can’t help but love her character. She reminds me of that one character on every reality show that will always cause drama, no matter what the show is about & no matter what happens. Ed McMahon could show up & give everyone poodle puppies & million dollar checks, yet Billie would still throw a fit because her poodle’s fur isn’t curly enough and/or the handwriting on the check isn’t in perfect calligraphy.

    I can’t remember, what ethnicity is Walky meant to be again? Why are him and Sal kinda tan?

      They’re 1/4 African American and 3/4 Caucasian.

    It seems Walky pays some attention to current events, at least enough to be able to turn them into unintentional innuendo. I’m kind of thinking Sal will at least have some of the accent, but she’ll probably sound more similar to Walky than her old accent. She needs to actually show up in person now though.

      I think Willis is trying to see how long he can avoid bring Sal into the comic before one of us threatens him in person.

    You know what, seeing all these old characters in new situations is great, but can we get some new characters in here? Seriously, there’s only so much new ground you can tread with an entire cast of previously-existing characters…

    That said, if new characters DON’T show up, I’m not going to stop reading it. Damn you Willis =3
