My county is kinda terrible at being specific on headphones in school. By terrible, I mean there are so many loopholes, it’s swiss cheese to me. I think every student who has used headphones in my high school (including me) has said “It doesn’t say anything about using headphones in the hallway” at least once. Yes, I actually read through the technology section of the Student Code of Conduct; I don’t think it makes me a nerd…. I just like looking for loopholes.
But still, headphone usage in the cafeteria, outside, the gym (although it might count as a classroom), and the halls aren’t explicitly pointed out in the SCoC. Crap, it’s not really forbidden in classrooms! Just have to ask the teacher and even I think you don’t need to if you have proof of the completion of your work.

Educational housing is on state land which isn’t zoned for private business or private enterprise or advertisement without a license or such in any state I know of. In fact, from what I remember, even shooting off campus would still leave her in the same position, with the Dean that is, unless she registered a business name, license, and address off campus.
