    Well, I guess that’s a good thing. I can be a major flirt myself, but choose not to most of the time. Can’t believe I’m that similar to a character in that manner.

          I know several of the former who vehemently despise the latter. Personally, I just find them odd, but hey, it’s their life. Let ’em spend it sweating in a 40+ lbs. stuffed fox suit.

      Oddly, I like the idea of DOA Joyce/Danny, as they seem to have a lot of parallel moments and similar ideals, but I also like DOA Amber/Danny, they seem to be a cute couple.

    I find it interesting that Amber is more focused on the fact that he’s flirting with her than the fact that he’s flirting at all. Almost like she didn’t expect anyone who isn’t creepy to ever flirt with her again.

    That or she’s afraid he’ll end up being gay too.

      She doesn’t know him that well or what happened between him and Dorothy (at least I don’t think), and therefore has no reason to be surprised that he’s flirting at all.

        In one of the few times they talked, he mentioned need to not see his ex-girlfriend in everybody. That makes him even less threatening because it’s not likely he’ll jump her bones if he’s still getting over somebody.

    As someone who has frequently been in Amber’s position, incredibly unthreatening IS desirable. My boyfriend talks about my thing for engineers like it’s some rare goldmine, but a guy who can do math, hold up his end of the conversation, and be unthreatening is like jackpot.

    It’s the unthreatening bit that she’s gotta watch out for. One minute he’s cracking a thinly veiled flirt and being adoragoofy, the next he’ll be planning their grandchildren’s names and picking out wedding decorations.

    I gotta admit, I’m surprised at how fast Danny is supposedly getting over Dorothy… but then I you look at the fact that both are somewhat short girls whol are apparently rather smart and wear glasses. So… does Danny just have a “type” or is he trying to rebound with someone who reminds him of his ex?

    Still, either way it’s cute to see them try and flirt or just be nonthreatening.
