          My personal favorite is when God opened the earth and had it eat a bucnh of rebel leaders. Then shortly after threw a fireball from Heaven and burned up the other 250 rebels. And these were His own people, I wonder what he would do to a bunch of heathens…

          Heh. I’m a (sort of) practising Jew and even I have my favourite “embarassing” Bible verses. Of which the best has to be Judges 1:19: “And the Lord was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.” God, powerless against iron? Oops.

        Thats true…She *seemed* sober during and after the meeting (or at least I think according to her twitter posts “Whats a useless and sober Friday night.”) but I wouldn’t be surprised if she DID go and get drunk afterward, especially with no roommate to snitch on her being out after hours (since they don’t allow alcohol on the premises)

        :/ I really want Billie to die and I guess its that bias that made me believe she was just a horrible person and forgot about the one person who made sure she was alright and labeled Joyce as some faceless stranger she yelled/ “hazed” at even though she was just trying to help.

        At least Mike is FUNNY and hes nice/ happy when hes drunk >_<;

          TBH I don’t want anyone to die in DoA.

          As for Billy, I like her self centered snarkyness. She’ll probably grow out of it, but for now it makes her quite an enjoyable character.

    Ah… so Joyce is going to be something of a bible-thumper. Hopefully she’s too sweet to be revealed as the obnoxious judgmental kind who going to start condemning everyone to hell when she realizes that they’re all not good little bible kids like her.

    To say nothing whenever everyone starts revealing themselves to be gay…

      There shall be some confusion probably. She wouldn’t be delibrately a dick, I don’t see that being her style, but she’d be decidedly awkward when her good and kind nature and god-is-love thing conflicts perhaps with her religions beliefs (or particular sects beliefs at least). She might even say that it’s ‘wrong’ but deep down a part of her feels that wouldn’t be fair or she’d grow to realise how unfair it would be.

      Joyce is rather refreshing in my book and I have met some christians like her- they’re well meaning but just… don’t think things through or how things sound like, she wouldn’t be the HELL-FIRE! brand or the type of person who makes it sound like they can’t WAIT for you to reach eternal damnation. She’d genuinely want to ‘save’ you and thinks that her religion would make you happy. She has good intensions even if they’re misplaced.

    Y’know guys, I just looked back and maybe the reason Billie doesn’t remember Joyce is well technically she had her eyes closed when yelling face at her. Maybe she doesn’t remember her cause she never saw her?
