          i think there was an elevator scene that established that there are two elevators for two different halls, Unless those were super sexist elevators

          Well at Humboldt State theres two building each in the shape of an “L.” One wing of the L’s are meant for the men and the other for women, so the buldings are coed but the wings are seperated by sex.

          She coulda been riding the elevator in the mens wing of the building, if thats how these dorms work.
