My decision (or claim, if you prefer) is that Joyce (the same one from the strip) is not attracted to Joe (also from the strip), and despite the displayed evidence, I’ve decided there is instead no evidence. Further, I’ve taken the liberty of calling my decision canon (or “officially part of the story”, if you prefer) and then on top of that (and if you’re keeping up so far, you’re gonna love this part), I’ve made the claim that my decision is not divisive. I know, yowzers! What a thing to say, and the audacity to call it a decision while making unilateral proclamations of canonicity! How do they do it, folks? Well, here’s the cherry on top, my good [gender]: I do it facetiously, playing on the time-honored tradition of making an oppositional, absurd claim, without even believing it myself!
