      From what we’ve observed of Dorothy, I concur. However, I also find the second Joyce (ha ha, I made a pun) is not the better option, either.

        As much as I enjoy jokes about her fate, I don’t know if I want to see her suffer the way she did in her previous series. She didn’t deserve to be just a fill-in. (Then again, neither did Mike.)

      Amber Prime’s dad messed around. A lot. It’s certainly possible they look similar (not the same, but similar) for a reason.

      I really don’t think Dorothy and Amber look the same at all.

      They both have short hair and glasses? So what. Their glasses are different, and so are their hair styles, and they also don’t look the same overall. Woop-tee-doo.

        CHALLENGE. If you took two undetailed (like distance shots) of Amber and Dorothy in black and white, are you going to be 100% with identifying who is who?

        I’m glad Willis kept his sense of humor though, many a webcomic creator has snapped back with unmitigated rage for less (cough Marry Me cough).

          I’m mostly remaining bewildered why nobody notes the visual similarities between Amber and Billie, because there’s way more between them than between Amber and Dorothy.

          Because Billie has her hair tied back. That’s enough to make them VASTLY DIFFERENT in comic book land. XD

          Billie and Dorothy share the same glasses though. While Amber’s are kinda slanded upwards.

          Amber’s like 30+ pounds heavier and has a rounder head, I just don’t see it. Maybe if they were both bald I would be like “Whoa, that’s uncanny!” but otherwise it’s all Dorothy = Amber from my perspective.

          I would, as a matter of fact, be able to tell them apart easily. Different hairstyles, different glasses, like I said earlier. That’s enough for me.

          Ok, same token… take two black an white shots of oh… damn near anybody, and try to identify who’s who at a distance. hell, most people aren’t even capable of recognizing one another at distances greater than 300ft. of course, this generation seems to be incapable of recognizing anything off the end of their damn noses unless it twits, flickrs or some other stupid ass bastardized word.

    I was just looking back at a few comics yesterday and I noticed Dorothy hasn’t been around in a long time. Its a shame because she is one of my favorite characters. We demand more Dorothy and Amber. Well at least I do. ^_^

    If I were Joe I’d also be blocking below the belt. For all her sweet Catholic innocence, I could see Joyce taking the low road to inflict pain. I’ve seen it in the past IRL.
