We’re getting closer. You’d be surprised how many organs can be replaced at least partially with synthetic ones. I have a replacement heart valve myself. Limbs are getting closer and closer to replicating human articulation. I’d say another century if we get there and it could be a reality.
My character’s body in Shadowrun is 118 YO me with all the bugs fixed, including the short leg from the wreck matched to how tall I would be if my legs were proportioned like the Vitruvian Man (da Vinci).
